Return Policy
We want you to buy with complete peace of mind and promise to give you the best in customer service. Please make a note of the following terms & conditions.

Refund Request 
If you wish to receive a refund for a product that you have received please let us know and send the product back to us (at the address given below) within 30 days. Please ensure the product is well packaged and clearly shows the sender’s Name & Address. Make sure to notify us when the product has been dispatched and by what means. 

Before we can issue you a refund, we will inspect the product to ensure it is in a satisfactory condition. This may take up to 3 working days. Providing that it’s in its original condition, a refund will be issued. 

Non-Delivery 
Please note, delivery of physical goods can take between 3-5 working days. However, if you have not received your product within 3 calendar days past the maximum estimated delivery date please let us know. We will arrange for a new replacement product to be sent out within 3 working days from your initial contact.

We always register a compensation claim against the delivery company for non-delivery of a parcel. As part of that investigation process we may need to contact you for further information/confirmation in relation to the non-delivery. Please let us know if you do subsequently receive the original parcel (and make arrangements to send it back to us) so we can close our compensation claim. 

Damaged Product 
We always inspect each product prior to shipping. Should you receive a damaged product, please let us know immediately. Please send us the product with any supporting evidence to the return address given below. On receipt of the damaged product we will send out a new replacement product within 2 working days. 

We always register a compensation claim against the delivery company for damage to a product. As part of that investigation process we may need to contact you for further information/confirmation in relation to the circumstances surrounding the damage.

Electronic Goods 
As stipulated by the Consumer Contracts Regulations, Electronic (Digital) products such as Ebooks & Online Video Tutorials are non-returnable once accessed / downloaded, unless a 'Money Back Guarantee' is clearly stated on the product page prior to purchase. Electronic products are delivered via email. If you have any difficulties locating or accessing your digital purchase, please write in to us at contact@gcsemathsinfourweeks.com and we will re-send the online product to an alternative email address.
